Below are the board members seeking re-election
Chas Arnold:
I am a lifelong avid Michigan hunter and fisherman. Since retiring from ATT after 41 years I've been able to increase my time on the water and in the woods. My wife of 54 years loves the time we spend up north at our cabin in the woods. She is a fantastic wildlife photographer. We have one daughter who is successful in her own rite living in New York. I’ve served as the Secretary on the SCI Detroit Chapter Board of Directors for several years. I’ve also been given the esteemed honor to chair the Humanitarian position as a board member. The last two years I’ve served as Detroit Chapter President. It has been a privilege to serve especially when surrounded by talented and successful people who make up our Board of Directors. I am also a Vietnam era veteran and support our local servicemen and women.
I am passionate with my woodworking hobby. I have been able to reconstruct almost every room in our home. I am especially proud of our custom-crafted kitchen I built for my darling bride. I love helping people, am devoted to family, and cherish my church where I served on the church board for over 25 years.

Chet Decker:
I am an avid hunter having taken over 100 species on three continents. I am also passionate about conservation and protecting our right to hunt.
I have served on the board since 2019, four years as president of the Chapter. I am currently the Chair of the Education Committee and like all Directors, I am involved in the annual Fundraiser.
I was a minister for 40 years and started my own remodeling company when I retired. I am married to Vickie, my wife of 51 years. I have the adult children and four grand children.

Ray Hollingsworth:
Safari Club International member Ray Hollingsworth has been a dedicated supporter of the organization and its mission since 1996. A lifelong outdoorsman and passionate hunter, Ray has continually demonstrated his commitment to conservation, education, and the preservation of hunting traditions.
